You may return (part of) your order by post within 14 days of receipt. Please note: Used products whose packaging or seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic reasons!

You can return products in the following way:
- Download a return form
- Pack the products neatly
- Frank your package and hand it in at a postal package point

As soon as your return package has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive a refund within 14 working days.

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. Return the products you do not want and place an order again.
