There are two ways to create a Mooksa account.

1. Via the login icon
- Click on the login icon in the top right corner.
- Click Create an account
- Enter your details and create a new password
- Go to your email and confirm your email address

2. By placing a (first) order
- If you are going to pay for your products, you can choose to create an account.

If you have forgotten your password, click on 'forgot your password?' in the login screen. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.

Have you not forgotten your password, but just want to change it? Click on 'forgot password' to change your password.

The delivery time is between 2 to 4 working days and depends on the supplier that takes care of your order.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code, which you can use to track the shipment.

You always pay 4.95 euros for shipping costs.

You may return (part of) your order by post within 14 days of receipt. Please note: Used products whose packaging or seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic reasons!

You can return products in the following way:
- Download a return form
- Pack the products neatly
- Frank your package and hand it in at a postal package point

As soon as your return package has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive a refund within 14 working days.

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. Return the products you do not want and place an order again.
